the staff provided quick early check in. i got an upgrade to a spacious one bedroom suite. the suite was very clean and it had a useful kitchenette. the location made access easy to transport and various attractions.
i noticed slight noise from nearby emergency services during the night, but it was manageable.

the front desk was helpful. staff offered suggestions for things to do. mr b, the duty manager, was accommodating and gave complimentary breakfast.

The staff was very helpful. They addressed my needs promptly. i found the location convenient. It was close to many attractions. the studio was well-equipped with a useful kitchenette. i especially liked the coffee shop voucher system. It worked perfectly.

The king studio impressed me. It felt huge. i liked its location on the 18th floor. The city views were really nice. everything seemed walkable, including the iga grocery and several restaurants, that was very convenient. also, getting to burrard train station was easy for access to canada place.
The hotel seemed a little dated, needing some general repairs. This was noticeable

The hotel had a top location and was walkable to main attractions. The bus stop for hop-on-hop-off tours was directly in front. i found many cafes, restaurants, and bars around the area. it made exploring very easy. We loved the location.

i had a studio room it was spacious and clean. the room included a fridge microwave and coffee maker with coffee and tea. i appreciated the option to open the windows to get some fresh air.
the air conditioning unit was quite loud this made sleeping a bit difficult. the bathroom was also small i found it slightly inconvenient.
